Scheduling appointments

The best way to book an appointment is through our online booking system. If you are unsure of what service to book please feel free to book a complimentary consultation, email the salon or the stylist directly or check out our booking guide. Credit cards are required to book an appointment.

Running Late

If you are running late please call the salon or contact your stylist directly to let them know. If you are more than 15 mins late, your service may need to be adjusted or canceled due to insufficient time to provide the service booked. Cancelations fees may apply.

Cancelations

Cancelations must be made 2 days prior to your appointment within business hours to avoid any fees

50% fee : if you cancel the day before your appointment

100% fee if you cancel the day of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment.

Your card on file will be charged.

Service Adjustments

It is our Stylists’ desire for our clients to be satisfied with their service results based on our consultation, goals. They would love to offer solutions to ensure your happiness. If you are not pleased with your service results, please reach out directly to your stylist within one week of your service date.
