Hair Stylist
Nicole has been a professional stylist since 2010 and brings over 15 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in customized highlighting, K-Tip, I-Tip, and clip-in extensions, as well as precision cutting for both men and women. Known for her skill with textured haircuts and straight razor techniques, Nicole creates tailored looks that enhance each client’s natural style.
Beyond the salon, Nicole is an outdoor enthusiast. Since moving from Oregon last year, she and her five-year-old have embraced everything the area has to offer—from hiking and mountain biking to trail running and exploring the outdoors together.
Nicole combines her technical expertise with a warm, approachable personality, making every appointment a personalized and enjoyable experience.

Hi all!! I grew up in Ojai, couldn’t wait to move away, but moved back 3 years ago knowing this is exactly where I’m meant to be (ironic, right?). I’m beyond grateful to be back in my hometown and to be a part of the Rise community!
I specialize in low-maintenance cuts and colors, textured razor cuts, and creative shapes — because your hair should work for your life, not the other way around. I love wash-and-go hair, effortless grow-outs, fun transformations, and I genuinely love getting to know the people in my chair. I truly believe that the best results come from good conversation, trust, and building real relationships with my clients, all while taking a holistic approach to hair health and helping you feel like the most aligned version of yourself.
When I’m not doing hair, I’m probably reading, gardening, thrifting, drawing up something silly for my illustration account (hi @karmaverse.chronicles), or soaking up the sun at a good water hole or the beach with friends.

Hey y’all! As a busy girl myself, I understand that frequent salon visits aren’t always easy to fit into your busy schedules. I specialize in low maintenance blondes and brunettes that look good regardless of how long ago your last salon visit was. Your hair health is my absolute top priority so every service with me includes a full consultation to determine the best hair care routine to fit your needs. When I’m not in the salon I’m tending to one of my many animals or at a coffee shop getting as much espresso as I can. I love what I do and can’t wait to meet you!

Fiona Clark is a second generation beautician hailing from the sunny hills of San Francisco. From a young age, she absorbed the art of hair and beauty in her mom’s salon, from timeless classics to evolving trends. When searching for schools, she decided to stay by the sea and went to beauty school in Santa Barbara. As a curly girlie, Fiona understands the unique challenges of textured hair and has made it her specialty. From soft waves to tight coils, she’s skilled in creating styles that embrace and enhance natural texture.After graduating, Fiona settled in Ojai, recognizing a need for curl specialists in the valley and wanting to connect to her family roots that go back six generations. She welcomes clients to stop by anytime and experience her passion for helping every curl shine.
Emily Kaufman

Hi, I’m Emily! I was born and raised in Los Angeles and new to the Ojai area. My love for all things beauty led me to pursue a career as a hairstylist. Helping people feel confident and their most beautiful self is my main priority and what I truly love to do. I specialize in highlights, blonding, long layered haircuts, and bouncy blowouts. I enjoy creating looks that make my client feel refreshed, confident, and their absolute best. Im so grateful to be part of the Rise Salon team and to work alongside Heather and such a talented group of stylists. When i’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me enjoying the beach or relaxing at home catching up on all the reality tv shows.
